The Kindle e-book reader

Kindle is a combination of hardware and software by Amazon for displaying book writings in electronic form, popularly known as e-book. There are three versions namely Kindle, Kindle 2 and Kindle DX. They can operate with Windows, iPhone and Blackberry operating systems.
The Kindle is breaking the e-book ground where having a physical book might someday become obsolete. I can imagine the year 2070 where schools probably would have books in museums as an archaic form of communication.

The Kindle was initially launched for the American market in 2009 and later launched another version for the international market. There are three versions namely the Kindle, Kindle 2 and Kindle DX.

Along with the purchase price package comes a free wireless connectivity for logging on to buy ebooks at Amazon. How it works is to simply link up with Amazon and download the book you want and you have it on the screen to read. It is like buying a book but this time online and in storage.

The Kindle is only available to buy from the US but can be shipped worldwide provided your country is one. Please be advised that you choose the GLOBAL WIRELESS version if you are not resident in the US.
